Summary:
Beginning at around 5:00 AM PST, action items and summaries for calls handled through Aurelian may have been delayed due to an issue with an upstream provider. Action items may have been delayed by up to 30 minutes.
At this time, all action items and summaries should be generating as normal. We will be implementing additional fallbacks to ensure we are not dependent on a single provider moving forward.
